At Microsoft I worked as an event coordinator but would occasionally take on design assignments. The aim for this project was to create a business card for potential engineer candidates. The team I was on specifically worked on campaigns to encourage women to apply to Microsoft engineering teams. Our campaign focused on “heroes in security” for a cyber security conference. I had a lot of fun bringing the illustrations to life for this one.

This was my first time designing to an existing brand. Microsoft’s global branding was very easy to navigate and there was room to be creative with the illustrations. I made sure to follow Microsoft’s secondary color palette for the illustrations and typography for the content. The other side of the card hosted information on how to get in touch with the team’s recruiter.
