Learning: Streamlining the design process

One learning from designing these assets was how to streamline social media graphics requests from multiple stakeholders. I created a Google form answering all of my typical questions creating a brief that would generate in an email and also populate in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet was public to the team and dynamic. That way I can document a status for each request and they know exactly when to expact the deliverables.

This also helped me discover what assets were regularly needed and so I created templates for stakeholders to easily edit themselves and post for different channels like Instagram, Facebook or even printed materials.
